Cartoon Effect Creator was designed to facilitate its usage and understanding, being a very useful tool for creating ads with surprising effects and animations, and easy to use. The software has an adjustment toolbox on its left side, where you can see the variety of filters that give our original image different styles and effects, depending on what you are going to do.
The filters range from cutout to watercolor, having 30 different styles. The user can vary the intensity and shape, giving opaque colors, changing the texture and color depth. To do this we have the the setting-1, setting-2 and setting-3, simply move the cursor left or right and the image will increase or decrease the effect.
At the end when it you have finished, reaching the the desired result, the only thing left is to apply the changes, and save the image to the hard drive, our original image will have a totally new appearance.
The developers of this amazing tool aimed to minimize the complexity of the program, to make use of it in the less possible time, letting the user build creative and pretty effects faster and without any hassle.
